3. Appointments and Booking

3.1 Booking Process

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. By booking an appointment, you:

  • Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • Agree to attend the appointment at the scheduled time
  • Understand that payment is required at the time of booking
  • Accept responsibility for providing accurate medical history

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund available
  • No-show: Full charge applies

3.3 Video Consultations

For video consultations, you must ensure you have a stable internet connection and appropriate device. Technical issues on your end that prevent the consultation may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Requirements

Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe:

  • All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds)
  • We accept major credit and debit cards
  • Payment confirmation is required before appointment confirmation
  • Prices include VAT where applicable

4.2 Pricing

Our current pricing structure:

  • General Practice Video Consultation: £60
  • General Practice In-Person Consultation: £90
  • Urology Video Consultation: £100
  • Urology In-Person Consultation: £150
  • Health Screening: £200
  • Follow-up consultations: £40-£50

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete medical history
  • Disclosing all current medications and treatments
  • Following medical advice and treatment plans
  • Attending appointments punctually
  • Informing us of any changes to your condition
  • Seeking emergency care when appropriate (we do not provide emergency services)
  • Treating our staff with respect and courtesy

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict medical confidentiality in accordance with:

7.2 Emergency Situations

In case of medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately (999) or attend your nearest A&E department. Do not use our services for urgent or life-threatening conditions.
